Members Policy

We are all a team and we all work together to support our kids in a sport that they love. Please watch your schedule and check in time. Please give us 11-14 days notice for cancellations.  In order to be fair, late cancellation within ten days of the games or ten days prior to a game, checking in late, leaving the stand early without approval, no shows or no calls the following penalties will be imposed by KLS below. In addition to what the venue will fine which is typically $100. 

$25 - Checking in late plus whatever the venue charges us. No late check in!

$50 - No show/No call/Late cancellation plus whatever the venue charges us. The fee could be up to $150 per occurrence per person.  The reason for this fee is that when a person no shows/late canceled it affects the payout for the group. Flat fee vs Commission, which is costly to everyone when it comes to commission. Replacements from the venue usually incurs a fee. Read the sign up genius for details.

$50 - Broncos Football and all CU football games No show/No call/Late cancellations will be $50 for each occurrence plus whatever the venue charges us. Third time you may not be able to volunteer.

$No Pay - Leaving the stand without the stand manager's approval could result in no pay. Everyone is a team and it takes a team to clean the stand.

Members are required to find a replacement to work in their place or switch with another member from the group if they cannot make the game. Otherwise the penalties will be imposed. Members can email, DM or post on Facebook.

Please keep in mind that if our club is penalized for any reason, that fee will be deducted from the member in addition to the above penalty fees. All added penalized fees could add up to $100 or more. Fees are per person.
